  • Yes! We offer a discounted rate on annual plans for 1,000+ profiles. Visit our pricing page for details.

    We don’t require specific documentation to prove your non-profit status but we may visit your website to check your eligibility after you sign up.

  • Yes, with one exception. On the free plan we don’t offer the option to upload files to a profile.

    We do also include a small “Powered by Community Box” on our free plan, and this is removed automatically on our paid plans.

  • Yes, you can choose whether to allow members to add and edit their profiles, and you can also set up moderation to approve new profiles before they go live.
