We don’t require specific documentation to prove your non-profit status but we may visit your website to check your eligibility after you sign up.

Yes, with one exception. On the free plan we don’t offer the option to upload files to a profile.

We do also include a small “Powered by Community Box” on our free plan, and this is removed automatically on our paid plans.

Yes, you can choose whether to allow members to add and edit their profiles, and you can also set up moderation to approve new profiles before they go live.
